PORTLAND METRO COMPOSITE

Mountain Bike Team

Portland Metro Composite Mountain Bike Team partners with National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) and Oregon Interscholastic Cycling League to provide middle and high school students-from the Portland Metropolitan area-opportunities to develop their physical, mental and emotional well being as participants in the sport of mountain biking.  We participate in optional races throughout Oregon, competing against NICA teams from across our region.  We teach fundamental skills through advanced riding techniques. We highlight community, inclusivity and positive coaching for all riders and coaches! Our season begins in July and ends in October, with state finals.  We practice weekly and also lead weekend adventure rides at some of the coolest trails systems in our part of the state!  If you would like to learn more about our team, and possibly join us for the 2026 season, email Director@pmcmtb.org for more information.
